Some buyer seems ok, if i cut the shipping cost, so just refund the price of that parts, but for me is easier to do full refund, so if buyer still want cut that shipping cost, is ok for me to accept that, if dont, no problems with me, i just appreciate many kindness from many here, but do seperate and cut his refund, is not my option, thanks.

all the best,
a'af

It isn't clear what you asking here, Please try again.
What is the shipping cost? What is it for? I thought that you were
using pay pal to return money , not shipping products? I'm truly confused....

It's for sending the parts back to him.

I`m not completely sure either what A'af was talking about but here my assumption:

In order to minimize A'af`s personal loss, many buyers already said that they want a refund for the price of the parts only, without the costs for postage for shipping out and back to A'af (the latter has the buyer to up front anyway) and without the fee for the money transfer.

Many buyers agreed to this, however in many other cases it is not sure. In cases where A'af is not sure about this, he don`t want to deduct ("cut his refund, is not my option" as A'af said) anything from the full amount (parts + postage + fees).

Therefore and because a full refund would simplify the refunding process for him (as A'af does not have to sort out which buyer paid what postage & fees and who agreed to what) he suggested to simply return the full amount in all cases.

For buyers who don`t want a refund of their shipping costs / fees, it`s very appreciated when they donate this amount by sending to the mentioned PayPal email adress later.

Hope this makes sense and maybe A'af could chime in and to comment wether or not this is what he wanted to say?

Thanks guys, especially Christoph for his interpretation. My concern was that if I didn't understand, that others wouldn't either. I now agree that that's it:

A'af can most efficiently return peoples money by refunding all of it by "refunding" the Paypal payment. BUT that payment includes the postage to send the parts out originally, so WHEN a member gets his refund IF he desires (some members has expressed interest in not charging him for the postage) he can send the amount of the original postage back to A'af to the e-mail addresss that he posted.

On the other hand, it would benefit the members involved if they didn't have to pay to return the parts to him, and I also think that it was this fee that some of the members were referring to, not the original shipping. For this reason I request that if A'af ever discovers that there is no point in members returning their fake parts, that he tell us right away so that they don't have to incur this expense. At the moment my understanding is that it is helpful for him to pursue his claim against his supplier to have the parts in question in his possession and that he still requests that people return the parts.
