What is the package (SOIC-8 or SOT23-6) ?
Drop me a email. I can suggest a use for you (only N-JFETs needed).

You are very kind but I'm not too eager to work with them so I'm giving them away, as promised.
To answer your question, the package is SOIC-8. I'm not sure if they are LS (I'd have to bust one open to be sure). I wouldn't say the marking and internal pinout are consistent with LSK389 from Linear Systems, though. I measured one and Idss is 10mA for both sides so these are most likely SK389BL, as marked.
