The refund still in progress, but is not an easy task to handle this in one hit, i also have to manage US$10.000 more from my own pocket. So please if you can, and i will be glad if you shipping the parts as soon as posible to me, i must collect as much as i can get it from you to get the refund too, and till now i can not imagine, how many pieces will be back for the refund, thanks for your understanding.

The supplyer give me time until 5 february for full refund and after that, those parts are garbage to me

Just curious, but what does your supplier say about his products? Is this the first time he has got fake parts?
A'af given the time the post takes to get to Indonesia from some places that's pretty unreasonable.
In normal time, ussually takes less than 2 weeks to get here, so i'm running out of time perhaps, but no problems, do as fast as you can to send them back, the rest is out of control.
I'm not talked too much to "this" supplyer until the refund to me is done. I can accept if the parts are defect or not working, but like in this case, later i will over with this company!

My refund arrived today. Thanks A'af! Now I have have to find out how to snatch it away from Paypal 
BTW, some folks report to have received less than paid. I assume it's because of the USD exchange rate to local currency and not A'af's intention.

paid un USD, refund in USD.
In fact, it's not a refund, so I paid Paypal commission.
But all in all, I paid 120 euros and been refunded 99 euros.
Payment was : 120.25 EUR converted to 168.48 USD
Refund was : 155 USD minus Paypal commission 6.35 USD, that converts to 99 EUR
Payment date was Oct-30 so a quick refund was possible but before 60 days...

I bought some 20 of 2SK389BL from BIC components on Dec 20th and they finally arrived today. They are not new, they have all the leads cut at the same height, and the leads are glossly solder plated - similiar to the ones A'af had but not the exactly the same, different date code though - but sounds like a familiar story. I haven't tested any. I did notify BIC, but it's early for a response but I am advising all of you in case this turns out wrong again .
