I think we'll have to wait until at least the evening of 7th to get a sensible reply from his supplier.

BTW,
my "relabeled BJTs" arrived yesterday.
I am surprised A'af took these from the supplier when it is obvious that they are not new stock.

Hi again all,

Yes, i'm already wrong, not mentioned to make very unkind situation here, this is a terrible accident for me!!

This morning i already talked much to my supplyer and he know now the situation is "everybody" not comfortable to all, INCLUDING ME!! and he say very very sorry for this!!

But he says, he also got this "re-labeled BJT" from the upper distributors... :bawling:

I will do my best to refund your money FULL! 🙂 🙂

Even for this i already loss much.. much.. much... :bawling: :bawling: :bawling:

I need time to do this, so pls be patient, actually 2 times energy than this GB itself!! 🙁 🙁

i also need the money back from this supplyer to refund you one by one, and he asking me to return the "re-labeled BJT" so pls send them back to me ASAP, the fast your action, is very fine to me.

a'af

I'm happy to see that You are a man of Your word A'af.
Not only because of the money, but mostly because this is a rare quality in these days.

If Your supplyer have any decency at all, he will refund all expences You have had, or will get in this unfortunate GB.
I salute You, and hope others feel the same repect for You, that i do now that we see You kept Your word.

Best regards
Ebbe

A'af, I will send you your (illegal) parts back as soon as I see the refund and I will not even charge you for the shipping cost of the return package via express airmail. Until I receive the refund, I'm keeping the goods as a collateral security and evidence. Take the private message I have sent you VERY seriously.

Hello A'af,

Your effort is very much appreciated, also that You came back to us when You said so!
As I said in a previous post already, I feel much more better now.

I´m sorry that this "accident" has (and still will) caused You so much trouble, efforts and finally money as well.

It will be of course inconvenient for all Your buyers which received the parts already to send them back to You but I have foreseen that Your supplier will insist on this. However, although the parts are worthless, I understand that this is unavoidable as Your supplier finally need the parts in order to reclaim them at the source from which they bought themselves.

I believe most of us will understand that to resolve all this is a lot of work and needs some time (as the last will be the first...and because my parts have not been shipped at all... I guess I`ll be among the first who can expect his refund 😀 )

I hope you and your supplyer can resolve all this soon and not too much money will be lost.

I don`t have an idea to how many people "A'af" has shipped parts but I guess with shipping, shipping back and fees for all the money transfers (PayPal) forth and back this could easily add up to 1k$.

Therefore I`ll ask "A'af" only to refund me my money less transfer fees.
Also, if my parts would have been shipped, I`d ship them them back at my cost.
For the individual this would be only a couple of $$, for "A'af" it sums up considerable.

A'af, I don't know the customs in your country, but I think that you might need professional help with this. It would seem to me that the supplier would not need EVERY part, just a few samples, to prove that a FRAUD has been committed.
For people, all over the world, to have to send back their parts, just to prove what they already have proven by measurement, seems to me, to be a 'delaying tactic' like some American lawyer would insist on, rather than cooperation. I suggest that you get professional advice, because this could get even worse, before it gets better.
It is my opinion that each and everyone who participated in this should assume some responsibility and conscience, rather than just blaming A'af, who is just the middleman. As you know, I tried to 'warn' everyone here that the deal was just too good to be sure it was an honest one.

Yes,but this case seems different, because the parts "can" be used in different aplications.

I don`t think so. This parts are completely worthless for any vendor. Nobody will spend only one cent for a mislabeled part that moreover is not new stock and nobody ever will know with certainty what is inside.

A'af needs only few pieces to show that the parts were fake.

A'af still has about 150pcs. of my order which were not yet shipped (upon my request, btw) ........

Although it seems unreasonable to ship back parts which are not worth the postage, I really doubt that any vendor will give a refund without to retrieve the goods, as worthless they are.

Every Group Buy in which I participate I enter with the knowledge that I am taking on a risk, and in this case because of the exclusivity of the devices I took on more risk than I normally would, but still with complete recognition of the risk. If you want completely risk free purhases, only buy from reputable companies and be willing to pay their high prices.

A'af to date looks like he has been as much of a victum as we. If he were a consumate con-artist, he wouldn't have sent any devices at all and simply dissappeared with the money. I'll be perfectly happy with getting back my money minus any shipping costs and fees.
