Hey I think this project needs his thread what you thinkAtc & Vtc = 1.73L or 1,729.74cc.
1.73L + 314.631L = 316.361L.
So it start with the latest driver and cabbdesign
Knock your self out! I did start working on a negative flare ODTL for the PRV 15". I think its in that 220L range you want.
Loud, Low, Small...Pick 2.
We got low and small.
You'll have to either port to the ceiling, lay the enclosure on its side, or port to the floor with some legs or caster wheels.

Why not move the driver down to fix the 3 Fb issue ? This is soooooo helpful and drops right into 3 folds, lightly stuffed to polish the sound, to the ‘perfect’ scenario to work with.
L12 is ALWAYS [pi/9 x total length] in this MLTL layout folded/excited at ~~~ the node/antinode Of the 3 Fb harmonic Point(s) along the way.

Can someone check these numbers?
I have HR version 50.70 due to work IT security not letting me upgrade the software.
For Eg, I used 1,750 watts at 2.75 ohms for 2 parallel drivers.
The graph looks too good to be true.

ok i have 54.50 latest i punched in your design this is what i got
But if i do 4 or 6 drivers a strange bump shows
o cant get your image on 4 parallels drivers.. what wrong ??

Woho 4 cabinets hit 140 !!! on your Sim BP1 (v1.1) 🙂
i can make 2 cabs looks like your Sim
hope there is a way to stick 2 drivers inside a cabinet so to have a more SPL cab, 189 plus 189 is less than 400 bux, the area of 2 15's is more than a single 21 is it ?
but 2 drivers will make the cabinet bigger and heavier
nahh i think is best as it is, single 15 per cab
(inner voice... so it is better to have 2 cabinets with one driver, or we can make one cabinet with 2 drivers to get similar as 2 discreet cabinets)

Hi, you're trying to do something different than BP1Fanatic showed.
They showed the effects of putting 4 complete boxes together, which is done in the Acoustic Power window by selecting tools>multiple speakers.
What you have tried to do is cram 4 drivers into a single horn, which isn't big enough to deal with the output from 4 speakers hence squashing the response into that hump.

BP1Fanatic's latest example is already two drivers per cab - can you not see the "2P" entry in the TH (driver configuration) field on the Input Parameters page?
Thanks man still learning hornrespHi, you're trying to do something different than BP1Fanatic showed.

Btw I was able to replicate BP1 response with 2 drivers so I think the simulation is good
Just matter to build the cab and measure 🙂
...but this is the one I'd be tempted to try tp build, if it can be folded up into a suitably-sized box. Layout should be pretty similar to my POC6 design, albeit in a larger box. I'd just use the corresponding BOXPLAN for it, size a box that's 130 L net and wide enough to fit the driver, then see if I can adjust it to get as close to the Hornresp sim as possible.

My high pass filter is at 32hz, while yours is at 30hz. Hence, the bump at 0.5Pi.ok i have 54.50 latest i punched in your design this is what i got

We are on the same page B! Yesterday, I was playing around with straight and negative flared ODTL's. 1 of my models went from a 32" x 9" throat to a 32" x 4.5" mouth for 2 PRV 15's. Max, the mouth is basically equal to the Sd of 1 PRV 15, 929.03cm2 vs 908cm2....but this is the one I'd be tempted to try tp build, if it can be folded up into a suitably-sized box. i was changing the drivers inside the enclosure instead of using the Acoustic Power window by selecting tools>multiple speakers.
So what you think guys, one cabinet with 2 PRV's or just discreet cabinets.
i love the curve that hit solid 40Hz
if we aim for 30Hz we will loose much output ?
and make the cabinet much larger right ?
so 40hz @ around 250 -350 Liters for a TH
i saw a 680 liters cabinet but was hugeee
ODTL will be 130-200 lts ?
since is not an 18 or 21 maximizing SPL from the 15SW2000 will make the enclosure bigger right ?
i stumbled upon this
BTW somebody tested this PRV driver in the SS15 in 2014, so the 15SW2000 have at least 10 years around !!!
@61v Before Exceding Xmag @62V , but Sansui said that you can hit 20% more easily as Hornresp is very conservative on the Xmax
