both Mouser and Digikey haev them, I believe. Dont know about the curve, but they should provide reasonable alternative. I believe main disadvantage is tempco, but dont really know until i look further.

Yes but they are REALLY linear 😉 laftets jfets mosfets bjts etcetc are in a lower class of linearity altogether !

I meant on whatever complementary output parts used ....... we see that only needed biasing voltage is different for different parts
so , starting schematic is piece of cake , already shown (in principle) in thread
pair of input jfets , repeater , few TL431 ( as probably in last iteration of Pa's F6) for bias nets , few mosfets/Sony Vfets , few caps and resistors......... and you have enough parts for 2 moths of tweaking, measuring and listening ....... to decide what could be final version
