probably not the main problem, but may turning the mains plug 180 degrees help any?

I had tried that, it only changed that the hum disappears when switching of the power of the player. Obviously a 1-Phase powerswitch and a cheap PSU, contaminating the ground. As it is a SMPS, i'll keep my fingers away.

Oh damn, i can't risk that, you will see my wiring and loose any faith in me... There's a lot to learn for me about that.
