DSP Xover project (part 2)

For me it was showing strange overload on one channel when I burned opamp on adc input. You can try to remove it and check if this helped.
On another occasion I burned S/PDIF receiver, but Toslink or analog was working fine. You can test all inputs and see it this applies to all of them.

Some time ago I also did same thing with swapped polarity. Replacing inductor helped.

It was Murata LQH43MN220K03L

Did you manage to fix the dead S/PDIF input? Mine is also dead.

I found this UC1210. Could you tell me what protocol on najda you have configured for it and what code you have selected? I can not force it to work with Najda. Najda sees it only on NEC protocol but then while programing, single button press does double functions skip (kind of double click).

Sorry for the slow reply.

The Najda manual talks of NEC & JVC protocol.
I'm pretty sure it was NEC for the All in one remote.

For codes see attached
NEC

JVC (just in case)

I don't remember having any problem with programming the individual button on the remote.

Did it was back in 2013 for the V1.1 Najda board and 2017 for the V1.3

I have a friend with a faulty Najda.
I helped him over the phone.

The fault is as follows.

Power up from completely off, Najda played for about 2 hours, then stopped.
No pops or noise, just stopped playing.
The display is still on, the lights are still on.
Go to standby and on again, the music plays, but this time only for about 2 minutes, then stops. Lights on etc.
Repeating this, it plays and stops. Similar for of frequency give or take.

We tried a complete PSU power down after it stopped, first going to standby of course.
Made no difference. After about 2 minutes or stops.

It does the same whether the input is analogue, optical or Coax SPDIF.

All output channels stop ouputing.

We've not tried connecting up the PC to look at the control interface yet..
I've a feeling it will look normal.

I've not had this happen to my Najda's over the years..

Anyone had similar, ideas on fault?

My gut says something / component is breaking down (warm / age).
I would try to diagnose with some freeze-it spray (do people still use that?).
But unless it's a dry solder joint repair seems unlikely.

What alternatives for a near turn-key solution are out there?
He only needs 2 way, so that simplifies it.

Any help much appreciated.
