Hi ST I was thinking about the connections of the IPS and OPS EF so for what I see the standoff need to be at least 11.3 mm in high right? See image, the part number is TE #6-535541-0 in high and the part number 1-826629-2 male pin headers are 2.8 mm in high so an 11 mm to will fit well there? I was just thinking out maybe you already got it figure it out already 🙂

Hi Juan, yes I did see that and you are correct. You can just order a 10mm plastic hexagonal stand off and then use one or two red fibre washers. I notice that the driver base caps C118 and C119 grew from 390pF to 2nF in the schematic from comment #1203.
That seems on the high side? I don't have the .asc for the #1203 schematic, but in a slightly older variant, the gain margin is better with a 1nF value and better still at 390pF or 470pF.
The 120ohm-390pF network at driver base originally added a zero to the OPS in the 3-4MHz range, well above the ULGF. The larger caps move its frequency below ULGF. I'd hesitate to add a zero that low, though the sim doesn't suggest that anything gross happens.

Everything is still moving along... We found some mechanical alignment problems, lead spacing of components, hole sizing, and the big one - the driver not wanting turn off properly without turning the predriver into a space heater. We felt it was necessary to fix these issues on the pass 2 prototype and forget about building the pass 1. The design overall is much improved and I believe we are ready to order boards again. Sorry for the delay and not keeping everyone up to date.
