Hahaha.
I thought I would be safe from that accusation at 220,000uF per cap, but I guess not. Hahaha

Just make sure the dimensions are suitable for your chassis.
Assuming you wanted to only do this once, Tin, nickel, or silver plating on 0V copper busbar?
What does Pass Labs use?

Gold🙂 Just googled electrical conductivity and it seems copper is far better than nickel and tin, so unless its a corrosive environment I wouldn't bother. Silver is better than copper by a little, but it oxidises as badly as copper I think so there is little to be gained. I would polish the copper and use washers that bite into the plate (not sure what they are called) for good conductivity. Maybe then cover it with a varnish so as it doesn't oxidise.
My understanding is silver oxide has much higher conductivity than copper oxide. We're talking the conductivity of the oxide material here.
Copper oxidises no matter what. You should see some of my speaker cables they're bloody green. Haha.
I haven't seen gold plated bus bars.

Sure you have- car audio. But not easy to find.

Well I have all the equipment to do it at work but I would rather find a business that does this.
It's just electrolytic plating, but as with everything there's always tricks of the trade to get a high quality finish.
