I am almost at the end of my first month taking Ashoks Juice and the benefits keep on coming for me. Smoothness of joint movement is now greatly improved (I feel as if I have been oiled), even my lungs are clearer and yes, I did break into a jog going upstairs yesterday.

Needless to say, I am going to continue!

John, I'm really thrilled. I think the Force knew I talk too much and placed this recipe in front of me as he knows I will talk about it endlessly ! 🙂
Getting feedback from everyone who tries it , helps to understand it better. We know the recipe but we do not know what all it can do. I have seen amazing recoveries from various ailments and now your improvement is truly remarkable. I do hope it will keep you and all others who try it in good health. Sometimes I stop taking it to have a break. But the moment I feel a problem is brewing I start taking it again and it keeps me stable.
Maybe if all Diyaudio members start taking this we may all not age anymore and the forum with the same members will last a few centuries ! 😀

Hi Ashok.

I was told by the doctor 10 years ago I had arthritis starting in my joints and was prescribed pills. When I read the possible side effects they were worse than the stiffness so I didn't start taking them.

I feel as though the "grit" has been removed from my knees and hip joints. My regular walk to the supermarket that I used to have a 5 minute break on the way back from can now be done easily in one go.

I have had deafness and tinnitus for years now,they say it is industrial noise damage and nothing can be done for it other than hearing aids. Around the second week my tinnitus got much worse for a good few days but has now faded to the quietest it has been in a lot of years and I think my deafness is improving too. I can only assume the worsening was due to debris being loosened.

Interestingly enough my friend had been taking crushed garlic in honey every morning for a couple of years so you will have a bit of data on the change once the lime, vinegar and garlic are added to the mix.

I will keep you posted on our progress but you can put me down as a very happy test subject!

Hi John,
Thanks, I'd love to know what all it does. You have to agree it is amazing. Only thing I don't know how long the benefits last and to what degree. However I don't see why it shouldn't be long lasting. For me differences sure have lasted a few years ! I've got other interesting stories from my local 'patients '! 🙂

But seriously I have seen reversal of prostate problems, cured arthritis ( yes that is, 'cured' ) healed wounds perfectly without 'modern medication' , healed burns without a single blister or scarring etc. ! I'll send you a private email on that. Will boggle your mind ! Be seated when you read that email ... you might just fall over ! 😉
I might take a few days, as I'm going out of town tomorrow. I'll email after I reach there.

Dear Nax and forum folks! ... you may love the comparison
