i already make this class D amp discrete you can refer to mr kartino design ucd xlite discrete, its has very stable design and no heat, high efficiency.

ne555 is not good, too old and one mistake create noise like engine, hows your circuit with 555? and 130khz is too slow for me, at least 200khz for class d, there are many new advance mosfet good for high switching.
1k res for bias? are u sure, can u make test with 4 ohm load and monitor the voltage after the resistor 1k
add totem pole at each gate mosfet hi and lo with bd139 and bd140, that will reduce ir2110 stress.
there is something problem with your circuit drawing not correct lol, i hope you make exact circuit with your test

Gerber PCB file you can have for free
LM311 is not good solution, Tl071 input design is better
IR2110 need Buffer
use IRFP4227 Mosfets
Inductor T157-2 need 38-42 turns
