วงจรจะประกอบด้วย IC op-amp LM311 ทำหน้าที่ขยายสัญญาณและจัด feed back สร้างความถี่คลาสดี TR 2N5401 ทำหน้สที่ level shift จัดสัญญาณให้เทียบกับไฟลบ แล้วป้อนให้ ex-nor cd4077 ทำหน้าที่แยกสัญญาณ ออกเป็นสองส่วนให้สัญสาณอยู่ตรงกันข้ามกัน เพื่อป้อนให้ IR2110 hi side in and low side in หลังจากนั้นก็จะส่งสัญญาณออกมาทางเอ้าพุท ของ IR2110 เพื่อไปขับมอสเฟสต่อไป วงจรนี้ใช้ bias 12V ที่ขา 3 ของ IR2110 เทียบกับไฟลบ และลดไฟส่วนที่เหลือ 5V ไปเลี้ยง ขา 9 ของ IR2110 ซึ้งเป็นฝั่ง INPUT ของไอชี และ 5V ไปเลี้ยง CD4077 วงจรต้นแบบนี้จะได้ความถี่ประมาณ 330-350Khz LPF Coil 45uf and c 0.47uf

my Thai Girl friend have buy this 2013 ,...7 years before in Bangkok district Banmore
why people like to make lm311... try jfet as input.. im aware of lm311 will give noise.. 250khz is good enough for fsw.. unless you plan to get very good mosfet such as irfp4227 or else.
Yes LM311 is terrible , noisy
but if you like very good sounding amp
Its very easy to improve

this amp for PA, look at input stage 100k R2 should be reduce it, C2 is 10N going for sub? some mod can make it for hifi, currently its for PA, and 10uh only gezz. and lucky it has ocp hope it work lol, yeah ive seen many people build this amp but some value is varies by voltage and final fet use.

i do DIY also during MCO not fully lockdown yet here, this amp can be build but some values need adjustment , but i do some that not high power kilowatt amp, there is no where i can play that full power for kilowatt haahahaha, 200-300 is enough for me for hifi.
we have covid-19 lockdown until 11th May, boring
but the Good news: Post and International Express Service working, I can oder semisconductor and receive everything at home, have much time for DIY up to 11th MAY

but not finished, I think weekend PCB its ready

65 V AC output Voltage 17 Ampere
FSW 275 khz
Excellent clear sound for HI-FI can also work with 40 V DC Rail for 200 - 300W

ลองทำระบบsync ให้class dแบบself osc คือclass dแบบself oscความถี่จะไม่ค่อยคงที่(free running)แค่เราเพื่มไฟความถี่class dก็เพื่มแล้ว ขนาด2ข้้างทำมาเหมือนกันความถี่ยังไม่เท่ากันแปะเลย ก็เลยลองเอาความถี่ข้างนอกมาลอคความถี่class dให้ตรงกับความถี่sync ทำแบบนี้ ก็น่าจะคงที่ วงจรที่เอาทดลองเป็ucd discrest ความถี่ตัวมันก่อนsync 270khz เอาพลัข้างนอก240khzมาคุม ความถี่ก็จะได้ใกล้เคียง240khz
