you need to test at max power so people will come and see how stable your class D experiment, put it 4 ohm load, pull max volume, let say you powering from +-50 and so on, that how you can see if your design can handle full load or black bull. 😀
ok good, but your power supply drop alot, you need to add more caps bank or use smps, i have test many time for amplifier limit, but i always do with smps + feedback, voltage drop only 1-2 max volt not more. always drop like 1v normally cause of smps cycle the power feedback 1 second. your amp maybe can go more than that with good hi power supply.

ive seen nice result from you surachit, i think you are class D fan also we need to support him, because we are now at home, cannot go anywhere because of covid-19, so all this we can do at home., hmmm igbt what running freq? surachit can you make on simple classic IC such as tl494 and sg3525AN so we can make experiment on it lol. let see if you can some for the 494 and 3525.
try lower the C1 and adjust with R also to get approx stable running freq. let see the result then.
for irf640 try with 100khz let see, but inductor need decrease also, very big UH is hard to make space for the core lol.
