Hi mr mile
I build d200.2 and its sounds good but not clear
Mosfet on vs - side get warm
I used irfb 4227 and power supply is 42v ac on transformer

Replace IRF640 with TIP31C in bias voltage regulator...
Replace IRF640 with TIP31C in bias voltage regulator...
The bias regulator transistor is tip41c
I adjust the vr1 to 1R and problem solved but still sound is not clear hifi
The outpot filter is from an old digimod 1000 power module and i think it most be around 30uh

And after 10 min of activity the ir 2110 get hot!
hi all. has anyone bridged this amp with success?,
also has anyone tried to remove the load/speaker while the amp is playing loud??
also has anyone tried to remove the load/speaker while the amp is playing loud??

with irfb4227 use 250khz frequency set it with pot 1kohm. gate resistor is 6.8 ohm ----10 ohm. you must never use diode for discharging gate remouve it. ir2110 can't discharge irfb4227 with diode the limit is 2a. after regulator 12v put a 10 ohm resistor to limit peak current. put a 15v zener at high rail gate mosfet. enjoy😉

use 7812 external supply input 18 or 24v. negative is -v rail. no much heating and more stability: irked:

????? any one ?????😕😕
Are these mods for Apex D200?with irfb4227 use 250khz frequency set it with pot 1kohm. gate resistor is 6.8 ohm ----10 ohm. you must never use diode for discharging gate remouve it. ir2110 can't discharge irfb4227 with diode the limit is 2a. after regulator 12v put a 10 ohm resistor to limit peak current. put a 15v zener at high rail gate mosfet. enjoy😉
Can you post a modified schematic diagram?🙂
i don't have schematic now. this modification is for all class d with ir2110. the problem for irs900 is power supply 12v at cd4069. 99% uir2110 is a copy or fake. with fake ir2110 mosfet get warm 2side or one side or explode or not work.with copy 90% of ir2110 it work great but with more consumption at high in and low in than original part. with 5v it's stable but with 12v not like irs900 1500Are these mods for Apex D200?

If it's a fake parts problem then it doesn't matter the class Di don't have schematic now. this modification is for all class d with ir2110. the problem for irs900 is power supply 12v at cd4069. 99% uir2110 is a copy or fake. with fake ir2110 mosfet get warm 2side or one side or explode or not work.with copy 90% of ir2110 it work great but with more consumption at high in and low in than original part. with 5v it's stable but with 12v not like irs900 1500

if you have original part only. 99% are fake!!!! do you have original? they are extremely expensive and hard to find

apex ,protech ???
apex ,protech ???
yes i do. all aop used for preamplifier or inversor phase must have a low pass filter < 30khz. input ground of preamplifier must be isolated from chassis and decoupled with 10- 100 ohm resistor that work as an inductor from gnd of input amplifier
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

How many amps consumes the amplifier at full power with +-75V? I want to make a smps for auto to use this amplifier for subwoofer in car.
