I wonder, why metal powder ring cores , and ferrite cores all gows very hot?
I see guys using yellow ring cores.I also try to add a gap to yellow ring core but then a magic smoke of 10R zobel resistor is present.
Has anyone install yellow ring core (from PC power supply)with success ,not hot?

Hi Adrew ,please where can i find the schematic and tested pcb for this d2000 IGBT?Hello thimios

Hi Mile, is it something wrong with my amplifier.I see that it is runing at 280KHz not 450KHz ?You can use TIP31 but replace 10k resistor with 3k3 (conected to base TIP31 and 12V zener). D200 run at 450kHz.
Do you think that is something wrong?
What i can do to disappear this in red circle oscillations?

Use 1k pot instead 510R resistor and set frequency. Amp will work from 250kHz to 450kHz but with proper output coil, use micrometals ring core T106-2 or T130-2 or use coilcraft 33uH inductor post #807 http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/182900-class-d-amp-lm566-lm393-2xirf530-81.html

Suppose you mean the core choice ,this will be 33μH regardless to operating frequency?

Use 47uH with 250kHz, 33uH with 350kHz and 22uH with 450kHz
Hi Adrew post#841 is a sub amplifier.#841
I prefer a full range big amplifier for PA.😉

Testing with a scope after low pass filter what we must see ?
A low voltage sinusoidal or a big one?
Zoky in post#919 measure 780mV RMS ,mine measurment is 2.24V RMS😕

Your inductor is probably about 10uH, do you measure inductor?
My inductor is 33μH.Your inductor is probably about 10uH, do you measure inductor?
This is what i measure using a Hameg HM8018 L,C,R meter.
My inductor is 33μH.

What is core material?
It's a ETD29 .What is core material?
Changing the 510R up to 4k7 i can't see anything higher than 350 KHz.
At 350 KHz the measurement remaining oscillation after Low pass filter is 900 mV RMS.

ETD29 but material is N27 or N97?
I see this code typed on the ferrite 3c90
The measurement value
Scope behind the Low Pass filter
Scope after Low Pass filter.
