I wonder,why metal powder ring cores , and ferrite cores all gows very hot?
I see guys using yellow ring cores.I also try to add a gap to yellow ring core but then a magic smoke of 10R zobel resistor is present.
Has anyone install yellow ring core (from PC power supply)with success ,not hot?

Hi Mile, is it something wrong with my amplifier.I see that it is runing at 280KHz not 450KHz ?

Use 1k pot instead 510R resistor and set frequency. Amp will work from 250kHz to 450kHz but with proper output coil, use micrometals ring core T106-2 or T130-2 or use coilcraft 33uH inductor post #807 http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/182900-class-d-amp-lm566-lm393-2xirf530-81.html

Testing with a scope after low pass filter what we must see ?
A low voltage sinusoidal or a big one?

Your inductor is probably about 10uH, do you measure inductor?
My inductor is 33μH.
This is what i measure using a Hameg HM8018 L,C,R meter.
It's a ETD29 .
Changing the 510R up to 4k7 i can't see anything higher than 350 KHz.
At 350 KHz the measurement remaining oscillation after Low pass filter is 900 mV RMS.
