Your PCB is very nice and clean , nice work
the hole of mosfet ouput is ~5mm , be careful because it can break the line of PCB

hello theinchay,
thanks for the reminder.. this is very much noted..
hi thienchay,
what the exact value for two fast diode? I'm planing to use mur460.. also the diode R120, can I replaced it with BAV21?
thanks..

you can use MUR460 to replace the diode R120 🙂hi thienchay,

Hi guys
the turbo pcb is so good
mr mile can you add some component to that please?
1. if posible edit pcb for use to220 type and to247 type in same board( for example irf640 and irfp250 in one pcb)
2. use one green led for show power on in board
3. use a read led for show protection mod
4. use an yellow led for show cliping condithion
5. creat more spase for other cores like etd29 and toroid type in one or same board
6. use an limiter
7. use an relay for cut out put in protection and DC detection mode
8. use delay time for out put speakers in power on amp
9. creat your owen balance and brighe board use two D200 in same time
thank you

Hello guys my D200 is not wavering, when I turn it just makes an intermittent noise (Tak tak tak) already checked the pcb but do not think what is wrong and am using IRFB4321 gate resistor 22R.
update of may D200, I'm waiting for some part to arrive..
i think you should change the capacitor (0.1 uF - nonpolar) , you should use the MKP or MKT capacitor (or any Metal Film capacitor you have) , if you using this capacitor , it can be damaged even if the rated voltage is not enough.

thanks... thienchay this is noted...
hi , the all nonpolar capacitor should use the Metal Film capacitor, not use ceramic capacitor, because the circuit work at high prequency, so the metal film will work ok , it's the best for class d 🙂 hihi

the Zobel resistor located on the 0.22 ohm resistor like this pic 😀
Apex/thienchay,
whats the value of Zobel resistor for apex D200 turbo?
Has anyone made a very simple class D using NE555 for sub woofers? I am assuming 250 Hz maximum. My feeling is the NE555 might be able to cope with the modest requirements ? 0.1 % THD 500 watts was what I had in mind.
Recently I was testing a Hypex module. It was only when seeing smoke coming from the big load resistor I realized I was using the 10 to 1 probe. The Hypex was totally OK. Bolting it to a postcard sized 2.5 mm thick piece of metal meant it was pumping out full power for hours. Far better than Hypex made be believe. That's what I need but not as elevated in specs. Am I right in thinking Hypex are rugged? Other class D seem less so.
I did not read all of this thread and perhaps this has been covered. I suspect if anyone knew about this someone here would.
