I scored the set of 4 only recently, they and other parts waiting for the day, sounds closer..l built BA3 for a class A with a little more umpf,pair is good for one channel
but this I have been waiting for....or enough play cash to buy a real one, unlikely right now.

Yup, Toss it in the project box with other "future projects." Their day will come...there are Sits waiting in that box as well, 2 sets from pras.

- I have time to practice on less complicated projects, after all I don't want to build a torch 🤔
That's why I ordered the boards and parts for the M2x and I'm looking forward to it. Nevertheless - I will be very happy if I can then build the XA252.

Nevertheless - I will be very happy if I can then build the XA252.I have an original board Sissy Sit ready to put in chassis, but only chassis on hand to fit it is the BA3 and I'm not going to decommission it. New chassis when bought would go for XA252, so I'm sort of in limbo.
I would consider commissioning my F5 chassis, I built it, large heatsinks, likely equal to Deluxe 5U chassis from store, for sissy. I occasionally think of going with M25, which I have the conversion parts to convert my sissy boards....

That all said, I just finished a preamp, a phono amp, (DCG3 and Ultra Folded phono)and am in the middle of X's speaker project, so play money is short. Whatever wait is fine! But still ready for it. This is a total sickness

Well, there is also a box of f7 clone boards and parts, J2 box and two sets of outputs, another AlephJ, BBA3 mono block, others. Totally hopeless.
XA 252 will go to front of the line,

I think many of us are waiting patiently with all the support parts ready for the fun to begin..dB
I've got more than 5 people could build in various stages, I just go at them as parts float by and I grab them. F5 was a thing when I started, ready to build. I waited and built, Aleph J, M2, Ba3, started collecting parts, before they were available. One day, there is the group buy or board in store and it begins...They pop up faster than I can build them, so no need to get in too big a hurry. I'm finishing amps and preamps I've had half built for years!
