😛😛😛 my table is worse ..... but it is full of lifeStill contemplating, Sissy or M25. Probably build both in the end 😉. Need to clean my desk first 🙂
I have to cut and drill two squares (L braquet) to mount the SIT ..... that boring phase

My entire life looks like this.

😛 I have a feeling that I do not recommend it
...but my problem is finding the proper bushings to isolate the hole
I believe that , in recent time , pras1701 is delivering both bushings and silicone isolator sheet with SIT purchase
That is true. I received my SITs yesterday and they came with the isolation sheet and 5 bushing rings. The SITs were matched within 0.1V, 2.27V & 2.17V respectively, if you can trust prss1701's measurements. Some assembly is required as the bushing is about 2.5mm longer than the SIT is wide.

I believe you have exacto knife or whatever
place bushing in SIT hole and just shave what's protruding above surface

I Have these in my next Mouser order for mounting after measuring THF several times with digital calipers (out of paranoia). They will be nice and tight and fully insulate the mounting ear holes while allowing me to use 6-32 stainless screws to mount these hockey pucks.

These are the pads I settled for.

@ Del...nice to see someone else doing chassis work from scratch too. Haven’t taken any pics but the aluminum chips are flying here too 😉
Has there been a BOM written up for the Sissy that we need to come up with ourselves assuming our THF are within Zen’s Kosher range for this project?

My own measurements showed Prasi's to be spot on and the three devices I bought are all a gnat's whisker apart.
Has anyone measured the SITs from Watanabe, and determined what the markings represent? Mine are 0.99 and 1.16, but I don't know what he was measuring. Probably won't use them, but I'm curious.
just measure them as per that little tutorial I posted
or wait few months and just send them to OPLDF , crunch time 🙂

Was there ever a nice logo for the SissySIT. After looking at the Babelfish M25 one i'm getting envious.
SissySIT logo
dunno - did I upload the same for Babelfish M25?
