You should still be able to get them from Erno Borbely, maybe even V versions. Not cheap but guaranteed.
And Nikko Dalbani, last time i got some from the Rato shop in Antwerp.

The suffix doesn't mean much at MCMs.
$4.35 is a common price to expect for genuine parts at Newark, and they have none available.
