B1 Rev. 2

Hi Everyone
I am only looking for the aluminum profile framed in red.
Can you give me the manufacturer, name and address where I can contact you?
Thanks
Andrew

Hi Walter
Thanks for the answer.
I know the Modushop store.
Unfortunately, I need different lengths and heights. That's why I'm looking for an aluminum profile manufacturer or dealer like ALU-KÖNIG-stahl.
But they don't have such a profile.

I think you really need to dig deep to find the one cure for your problem. I would contact Zen Mod. He can make anything. But, when you contact him, always call him «Your Grace», «The holy one» or «Prince of Bač». Only then will he - perhaps - help you extrude your wishes.

Shipping cost won’t be a real issue. (Innereuropean tariffs probably are better than 🇮🇹-🇨🇭

AFAIK, the heights are fix since it’s extruded profiles and the geometry/cross-section has a „rhythm“.

But this is pure guessing, I am just a small customer, liking modushop‘s products.

Different heights and lengths are required.
I asked for a full catalog but he doesn't answer.
Worry about the shipping cost from Italy to Hungary.
If I can't find a solution, I will make it on my own machine from an aluminum sheet
I have answered your email yesterday but it was not not very clear. We can also customize our side panels to have custom dimensions but it will take a bit longer to produce them and they will be more expensive than our standard ones.

Shipping costs should not be higher than 12 EUR if you don't need a lot of panels

B1 R2 requires a bipolar power supply which has V+, V-, and Ground.

The bipolar power supply Ground is connected to the Ground of the Power Supply Filter, to the Ground of the Audio Circuit, to the Ground of the signal Input, and to the Ground of the signal output.

The Ground of the Power Supply Filter should also be connected to the chassis ground (safety ground).

The Ground in the Power Supply Filter is a real Ground. This is the best point to connect all of the Grounds together.

I am editing what I had just written in this reply as it was not correct.

If a unipolar power supply is applied to the Power Supply Filter, the Ground point on the Power Supply Filter would be at one half of the unipolar supply voltage. So it would not be ground.

You need a bipolar power supply.

Another edit, I was wrong again. Two wrongs make a right. A floating unipolar supply connected to the Power Supply Filter will work.

Yes, but a linear unipolar power supply can be used too, as long as it is floating.

For instance, it cannot be used as a front end buffer of an unipolar power supplied amplifier if the B1 R2 is to be powered by the amplifier power supply..

By the way, it is best to match R4 and R4 in the Power Supply Filter as tightly as possible so that +D and -D are a good match too.
