The German customs (for example) want to see the real Invoice on it, that they can bill the taxes.😉
Who was the recipient in the EU? Or did you contact them personally? I’m one of the waiting EU customers.
I confirm - without an invoice the package will stay stuck in customs for weeks. I bought an item from someone in Switzerland a few months ago and it stayed 3 weeks stuck in customs until I was able to provide a proof of value.
Aditional you have to ad the real cost for delievering on the Invoice.
