without load you have high voltage on output .
If offset is normal , install some speaker and test or take oscilloscope and see what happen when led is light ( whit 4 or 8 ohm resistor )

I have no oscilloscope, but i noticed that some delay when switching to high rail, also test with speakers load.how to solve & what is the method for set proper offset.

with multicet , you must have several mV on output . 0mV is best . But 50mV is not a problem . It`s good to be under 100mV
Whit no signal and input to ground .

Do you have two channels (boards)? Post better pictures and some measurements.

pls can u check this power supply pcb board is correct for h900. i draw from the scematic.
because of the capacitor size, i bought capacitors and not fit to Ur psu baord, so thats why i design this pcb.there are series in caps. 2 into 10000 in series reduced to 5000uf or can u explain.
