You can use this diodes and test with +/-70V DC in class AB, sound will be same only increase rail voltage and class H will increase power and eficiency.

I don't know, it's not my pcb design, I must build and test before suggest anything to you, but I haven't time, and I not use this schematics in my new products. If you want improvements on B500 and H900 it's on you or other peoples to do this, I can help with my expirience and advice.

You don't need add more pairs in H900, it's powerfull enough. Makeing pcb design is not that simple, but if you want add some more pairs, make pcb only for 4 more pairs and paralleling it with H900 pcb, it's simpliest way.

Yes you can use MUR1530 instead SFA1603, but I suggest you to use V2 pcb with 3 pin dual diode.
