500W PA amplifier with Limiter

Mr.Mile
Can i use 2SC4793 n 2SA1837 for substitute MJE 15032 n MJE 15033 to drive 4 pair 2SC5200 n 2SA1943?
Thanks

Yes 2SC4793/2SA1837 will be OK, PHONIC XP3000 use it for drive 6 pairs.

You must add more outputs for +/-98V.

The DC SOA of a cold 5200 is ~400mA @ 98Vce
This must be reduced for operation at elevated voltages.
Expect DC SOA to be between 200mA and 300mA at quite warm to hot temperatures.

Short term SOA can be much higher, but care must be taken to ensure the high current pulses do not have high duration. eg.at Tc=70degC and single current pulse of 1.8Apk, the duration must be less than or equal to 10ms.

Mr. Apex..I try B500 with predriver 2SA1668a/sc4832a with Re 680 (instead 1K) and driver MJE15032/33 and 5 pair 2SA2151B/SC6011B...result very wonderfull, but I don't knows for a long time with this configuration..What is matching with your design B500?
Thanks before..Pozdrav..

What is rail voltage? Can you post pictures with heatsink for your B500?

Sorry Apex..picture this B500 will post next time after I take foto this PA...
I used 2 pcs trafo 8A with 0-57vac and result 57vac-0-57vac..and elektrolit capasitor Philips 2 x 17.000uf/100v..
Specification predriver 2SA1668a/sc4832a (25 watt) is higher than 2sa 1837/sc4793 (20 watt)..Is correct?
