Twist/push/pull on the output filter inductors while watching the current draw. If you don't see a problem, you may want to heat the inductors with a heat gun to see if that shows any problem. Also try moving other components/driver board to see if that causes any problems.
It's possible that the ICs were damaged during installation, initially. You can add windings to what you have to incrementally increase the supply voltage if you want to be cautious with it. Generally, if you don't see problems at this point (groups of outputs overheating, bad/weak drive signals...), things are OK. You may want to clamp everything down and let it idle for a while at the reduced voltage.
Installed the diodes. Everything became like in the post number 1. As I understand there is no frequency of self-oscillation. Can it be that it is not, because there is no audio input signal? But with +/- 12V power, self-oscillation was at 25kHz, without an input signal .. What would you advise?
Good evening. Faced with the problem of tornado 4000.1. The amplifier consists of 4 half bridges. Individually, each operates at a frequency of 100 kHz. 3 out of 4 are also launched, but not one does not work with one half bridge. If you include a pair of output constant -1.8V. if you turn on all 4 the output HO transistors explode in two half-bridges and LO in one. Already went through everything and replaced everything, but alas
