Using pocket holes for screws!
What glue are you using?
Really makes me wanting build 2 as well, if I'm going to go to all the work in the first place!

Definitely make two as the second one takes half or less the energy of the first. My friend who built 4 of these, and 8 Labhorns, swears by basic Titebond I. His boxes do not come apart after years of loading in and out.
Pocket screws make assembly of the panels very easy. I ise PL premium adhesive. Not as strong as titebond but fills on any small gaps from imperfect cuts.
Is this the OSTL you were talking about Brian?

Nope.
There's one in this thread, but it's not the one that uses my MLTL layout:

The painting has commenced. 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of duratex, then final assembly and testing
Love the Blaupunkt blue!
Finally was able to do a sweep outdoors today. Pretty close to the sim. A little EQ to smooth out the dip and they sound great.
The 12mm baltic birch sides don't seem to be an issue from my perspective. Not much flex and shaved a lot of weight off the boxes.
