Andreas, you can use 4700uF - 0.22R 5W - 22000uF, that is what I use, and yes 330VA is more than sufficient.
Other solution is one transformer of 600VA, CRC and then two PS regulators, almost dual mono. I use that in my amp.

Anyway, I just got a gift from a friend a few days ago. It's a cooling tower with a total of 10 sets of 2SK176/2SJ76 from Hitachi, which was pulled from some pa amp. They are TO-3 types and seem to work ok.
Will your cfa 100w/200w amps work well with these, if the bias circuitry is adapted for these? Also, they won't fit on the current pcb layout, so they must be mounted using some short wires. Will this affect stability?

I don't know those mosfets and can't find the datasheet, all show plastic version 2SK1761???
Sorry Damir, I made a typo for the p-channel fet. It's 2SK176 and 2SJ56.
