based on your pcb today i draw a version with tree output pairs. i woud say you did everything as it should,only i suppose C13 100nF should actually be 10r resistor - that would be mistake on schematics...

There is a big mistake on your layout - you only have one half of the output stage connected to the speaker
It is a patented trademark from Apex brand, jaycee.... a huge trunk cable is placed below the board, afterwards, connecting both sides. People use not to show it in their designs here. 🙂
I think Mile always do this way to separate signal gnd and psu gnd, it use 100n same as with AX-14, B500, and other models. 10R only for test.
