just to confirm... the blue circle... is it 100p according to the schematic or 22p according to PCB layout?
Use 22pF. I always overcompensate amplifier at the start, and use lower values later. 100pF is OK, 22pF I suggest as minimum value.

Yeah, no tension for oscillations at first time, later one can tweak the bandwidth extension.
ok thanks... i will post picture when done
What PSU you will use? I suggest Regulated PSU.

hi Apex ,
CAn you share the pcb design of fx-100.
I want o parell more than 1 pair of transistors you have pcb design of ax-100 with more than two transistors.
Also please guide how to use protection pcb with ax-100

There is PSU with protect, and pcb for F100 in post #122,

There is FX-14, AX-14 and F-100 from other thread. What is fx-100 and ax-100?

Hi Apex,
I need your help.
1. I want to get 300 watts rms @ 4 ohms from ax-14, do you have pcb diag for that.
What protection circuit to be used, please give block diagram with connections.
2. I want to use pre amp with multi inputs with remote for selecting channels and other controls such as , volume, bass, treble. Can you help with it.
3.also which is more better bridging two amp boards gives better results, or paralleling
transistors, does it have any difference in audio quality.

You can build D-14 or go to thread http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/solid-state/162043-mosfet-amplifier-irfp240-irfp9240.html

There is many very good threads on this forum, like this: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/anal...ther-volume-controlers-source-selections.html
irf trannies are not available at the place where i stay.2sk1530-2sj1201 are very costly they cost 22$ a pair here. Where as 2sc2922-2sa1216 are available for 8$ . so amps based on these are which i would like. can d-14 be used with sanken trannies-2sc2922.
please post pcb of d-14
Also is there any difference in output or sound quality when we use 2sc2922 -2sa1216 in place of 2sc5200.
I have built two tower speakers, Each has 2 peerless 8" Drivers and tweeter in mtm design, both are rated 250 Watts rms at 8ohms, I have made a 3 way crossover. I have to power these monsters.
Transistors are very costly as , they are not easily available and i have to travel 60 kms to get them.
aNy other transistors that can work , but may be a bit cheap as i dont want to compromise on sound quality.
Sorry i am asking lots of things.
please post pcb of d-14

Try ApexAudio's TIP147-142 Darlington based Amp.. Tip142-147 are cheap in India about Rs.45/- each and the Amp also sound good.

D-14 use darlingtons, 2SA1216/2SC2922 (if not fake) can be use for B500.

AX-12 from post #135 use TIP142/TIP147, but TIPs can be use for D-14 also.
This is PCB for amplifier PSU with 4x10000uF/63 and 35A/400V bridge recifer.
what is the pcb size?
