Hi Andrew, what's limiting treble to ~4kHz
Input HF filter is at Fc = 48kHz. I usually use 330pF at input.

330pF and 1k5 (RC=0.5us) is ~300kHz.
That starts to roll off @ ~30kHz.
Apex shows RC=3.3us
What is the Filter hiding?
