Yeeep that will surely follow soon....
Do you have the datasheet of the recommended 40A relay for protect?

Relay from your post #41 will be OK.

Ok thats good coz i have the macros ready of that relay and if you have even just a sketch for the component layout you preferred that will be much helpful for me to draw faster .

Ok , I give you sugestion tomorow.

Here they are....
Can you shift the 2sa5200/1943 a little closer to MJL so that all big trannies have equal distance?
hi apex, thank u for the such a high power class ab amp for diy.
hi willjj78 well done for the pcb design, good job.
can u share the top layer of this in pdf.
which software u use to design this pcb?

thank you all rekan2 apex and here I also want to try the apex BA 1200 need how many amps it transformers?

Apex, post181.
The relay driver should be saturated to operate properly as a switch.
It is normal to use a sat hFE of around 10 for this duty.
I would aim for a base current coming from the EF of around 4mA, for a 40mA relay coil.
The 10k in the collector of the EF is far too high.

Use 2x75vac/10A transformer.

Thanks, it's my mistake resistor is 1k not 10k.

does any of you have experience with connecting two trafos in series ?
thought I could use one trafo for each rail ?
they are older IE core trafos with 3x 33V
supply caps would be 100V types

That's possible... I even did it with 6 toroids in series with 29vac each..
See photo 4 of them in series...
