Hopefully this shouldn't be too hard to do. For those who don't know, with the earlier prototype boards you needed to snip off the (non-connected) corner pins on the Cinemags which, to me, was much more violent. 😀
^ In fairness, that's why I never used CineMags on the early boards. I know it was a painless operation for the patient, but I just couldn't bring myself to cut them.
I received my IronPre SE today, nice wrapped. Many thanks to all who made this possible.
I have checked how R28 and Cinemag match.
In any case you can solder R28 after Cinemag was mounted and soldered.
The mounting hole for R28 is not obscured by clouds...sorry Cinemags
My two cents

My two cents

best are Cinemagz with yellow wires, and all mine are like that
these you guyz got are for second rate customers

will move these resistors for future pcb gen
buy them again, make another one, neighbor or cousin happy

Is their apart number or contact info? That is one nice case! No, I ordered it through Gianluca.

not resistors, but both xformrs moved 2mm right
grbr files sent to IAIMH
for all of you unfortunately coping with bad existing SE boards, still applies
as I just replied to IAIMH's e-mail (he's taking care of all of ya) - improvise for that corner - xacto, dremel, touch with soldering iron ........ all roads to Rome are fix for that Cinemag corner
if not, just send them, including bad and rusty Cinemagz, to OPLDF

Ditto on close up requests. Can't quite make out all wire connections when pic expanded.(1) Ay, someday I'll get one.
(2) I got two of the Muses volume pots, with and without remote. Still in the box. Originally bought to play with my B1. I thought they need a separate power supply.
(3) This is the Iron SE version? I guess with SE inputs all I need is the "normal" Muse pot?
(4) What is the numeric display?
Can we get some closer up pictures?
TIA,
Russellc
I got a "bouncing" mail using "info@modushop.com" :Order the chassis direct from HiFi2000 / Modushop for the time being.

......as far I can see I spelt it correct. Is it a .com or maybe something else like .it ?
Hi ZM
My head is still spinning from 2000 mile road trip…so please excuse me for being even slower than usual.
I’m trying to have a discussion with someone about the possibility of providing input switching through a Muses based control module.
Looking at the balanced Iron Pre diagrams (staring at goats) is not working for my brain.
Can you confirm for me…positive rail is being switched and negative is common for input relays correct?
Also, the 6th relay…is this related to balanced and single ended inputs requiring different wiring scheme with ground to pins? How?
Thanks
