I had ordered the Iron Pre Balanced case, however by mistake received the Single Ended one. Instead of exchanging it, is there anyone in The Netherlands who would like to buy it from me?
Is it possible to get this chassis with baseplate?
And if this is the case......does holes in PCBs fit holes in baseplate?
There could also be an issue regarding the height of components when a baseplate is installed as it takes a bit of the space inside.

mount holes on pcbs are in same metric 10mm raster, as Modu base-plates are
rest you need to deduce - is there base plate applicable to this case, is base big enough for pcbs (depth-wise) etc
for SE mounting holes are at 70*220
for Bal mounting holes are ........ huh - surprise - at 70*220
pcbs itself are 75*228
^ I'm not aware of any that would fit, but there may be some. Where were you thinking of using that type of connection? Any pics from others that have used them to reference? That would help a lot. I may have missed a photo or two.
Ah ... gotcha. Single post ones make life much easier.
If no one else posts a part, I'll try and find a few. Hole diameter is the main deciding factor.
Edited to add - The Mighty ZM has spoken in the interim... Fastest on the draw.... but I'll still see if I can find a horrible, terrible, awful, option for you. 🙂

But its only for test assembly…they’ll solder the connections promise 🤭sacrilege, in any case

Assembly of Japanese bicycle require great peace of mind.
contrary to messing with HD, that requires just perseverance, affinity to repetition and drekload of money

of course that I'm glad you had 3K5 of enjoyment

Thank you Reima. That's exactly what I was looking for. It turns out that KevinHeem posted it in post #470.
My goodness, if you can't open a box without destroying it ... you're gonna have a heckuva lot of trouble building the pre-amp. I'll ask Jim to add unboxing to the build guide.Hello out there,
I came back from a 3500 km - trip on the motorcycle yesterday...
I found this on the pic.
Thanks to ZenMod, Nelson Pass, ItsAllInMyHead and the DIYAudio-team!
I will enjoy!
Cheers
Dirk 😉

You covered some serious territory on the bike. I hope it was wonderful.
Enjoy!
why LM336-5.0 is on the list?
as far as I remember schmtcs, it's clearly written LM336-Z2V5
and proper one is in BOM
