may I suggest to try to disconnect and connect all the connectors of your power line (without power): I mean the output connector of the power supply and both of the connector of the switch, or try without switch; it could be a bad contact the origin of the problem.

Francesco

I unplugged the HHD, and in doing so, unplugged most of the connections, so covered Francesco's suggestion as well. - No more under-voltage issues last couple times I checked. Yay!
I assume my LCD issues are a combination of the changes made to the interface (I suddenly don't see the volume circle on the LCD - just when I wanted to start using it - but it shows up the same when accessing it from a remote computer) - it's just my luck they occurred at the same time my 3yo apparently decided to help by pulling the ribbon cable to the LCD askew (Boo!) so fixing that likely addressed most of the real issues there - Yay!
Although it doesn't seem to be as irritatingly noticeable as before, I am not sure the skipping is gone. I didn't give it a fair shake out - I was gone most of Saturday and had it turned off testing speakers today, so it will take a day or two to be sure.
Hi I also run an audio player in pi with touchscreen (waveshare 5inch DSI) and you guys are talking around similar issues. I'm trying to get screen blanking working in an appropriate manner.
I can turn it on or off, but I don't want it off or I might get screen burn in if I pause music for days.
If I turn it on the screen goes blank after xx mins of no user input. This puts screen in blank mode while music is playing.
I'd rather the screen stayed on while either music is detected or screen movement is detected as my plyer displays art and has song progress bar.
Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

Are you asking how to configure Moode Audio to do this, or how to code/configure some other operating system/application to do this?
//Break//
I still have random skipping in the streams, much less than before (at one time it was multiple times a song, now it's say ... once or twice during supper.
Still don't know how I might trouble shoot that to see if it's something I have mis-configured in the Moode/Pi, it's a network thing (i.e. router/wi-fi), or the internet/station outside my control. Any tips to isolate things/eliminate things?
I also discovered the station I am listening to publishes using Icecast2 and their status page is open.
They apparently offers both M3U and XSPF playlist files, I was using the URL that appears inside them directly, is there an advantage to using the XSPF file? Does it update with bitrate or number of listeners dynamically?
And there are different "Content Type" and bitrates.
Content Type - Bitrate
audio/mpeg - 128
audio/aacp - 256
audio/aacp - 64
audio/aacp - 48
I did try to figure out what the distinction was between these streams and my Google skills were not up to the task.
Is there a clear winner here?
When I switched from the default MPEG-128 to the AACP-256 it worked (I had questioned if that was to exclusively feed iPhones or something).
Note, I fully understand that my setup shows decoding the mpeg-128 stream into 24 bit / __ at . something (not at that computer to get the exact numbers here) then converting that into 16/4_ at 1.5___ something mumble-mumble to feed the DAC I am using to get SPDIF to the speaker - and switching to the AACP-256 decodes into something a little different, but is still converted into 16/4_ at 1.5__ where only the last two digits of the 1.5__ there are different ... so this isn't a critical aspect for me for the dining room speakers, but I would like to know, I do have fancier stuff in other rooms and this was sort of a trial run before I tried to get folks to [shudder] change [/shudder].

@CANNON-FODDER, post a link to the station URL's. I can try one of them on my end to see if there are any glitches.

Does anyone know of any easy way to invert the I2S data stream in Moode? I have an inverting DAC (180 degree phase). My current solution is swapping +/- speaker leads.
there is a polarity inversion function in moode, and you can also use camillaDSP to do it, both should work for i2s dacs tooDoes anyone know of any easy way to invert the I2S data stream in Moode? I have an inverting DAC. My current solution is swapping +/- speaker leads.
tho in theory there should be no difference between digitally and analog applied polarity inversion
There it is. Under Configure..Audio..MPD Options...DSP options. Perfect.
Thanks Ghoostknight!

Hi everybody. I have a kali piano dac set. I can't setup Moode to play DSD files. can you help me Thank you
I am running the latest version of Moode on Pi with a display and having an issue with Cover View mode. Metadata does not update on the screen for radio stations that I have edited. For example, I changed the streaming URL for Sonic Universe to the higher resolution stream, and now the station graphic, song title, etc. does not update on the screen. It permanently shows the metadata from the last unedited station and song played, and a generic MoOde graphic. Thoughts?
What type of DSD file (DSF, DFF)?Hi everybody. I have a kali piano dac set. I can't setup Moode to play DSD files. can you help me Thank you
File type DSF. I only hear loud noise from speakerLoại tệp DSD nào (DSF, DFF)?
One of the annoyances with using Moode with an Android phone/tablet is that Android keeps disconnecting from the Moode IP when it sleeps. Because of this, I prefer to use a Windows device to connect to Moode, which always stays connected. Is there a setting in Android to prevent this?
I have a combo pi- isolator - kali reclock-kali piano 2.1 dacWhat does Audio info show?
