Yes, you were actually quite fast! I've had your boards since early summer! My plan after finishing my SE Aleph experiments on the NPXP platform, is to build the M2X with all daughterboards and make comparisons - I will pick one or two 'best' sounding from there.
The final M2 'iteration' will be your Babelfish M25 R.2 since it is your own buffer design + Cinemag CMOQ-4HPC + M2 output stage w/XA25 square law arrangement of output stage mosfets.
Should be a great comparison.

meaning - those are good ones - having lesser capacitances (not so important here), slightly smaller xconductance ( important, but difference is not so big)
it is slightly possible that you'll need to alter some resistor value to fine tune Iq, but no biggie
inform if you have any trouble doing it

though, it is known (ilimzn wrote that numerous times) that 240/9140 are somewhat more complementary than 240/9240
