Yes loaded 100Ohm. DC voltage between the leg of R1 is 0.6V

With more probe bandwidth it should have gone stronger. Anyway. We will see about that. Is it standalone testing or in a box with other things powered up?

It is standalone. On my desktop. Not in box at all.

Attach cable like that on the output and solder the 100 Ohm dummy at the cable's free ends. Probe on the 100 Ohm.
