Element14 drives me nuts. Make one order, get five or more deliveries (and five charges on my card) over the next three weeks. Even for stuff that's in stock in Sydney it's still a week to get to my place.
For Element14, can you check if you can find an option like "consolidate orders" during check-out process? If you find it, then check that box. Then they should get all the stuff and send it over to you in one big box.
Probably won't help much with the slow shipping times though. 🙂
