hehe, I don't know the french word for off.

Pineapple is the greatest sin. In one move you go from pizza to - well I don't know what to call but it's no longer pizza.

Bacon, now that's a different story. Bacon is allowed on a pizza because, as they say; "if you don't like bacon, you're wrong."

Thank you, the pizza was very good. I have been on a real kick recently and am just finishing the last of them.
 
First try at Pho last night. Not bad, but it takes a long time to make the broth.

Indeed. Tell us how you made it. I'll see if my wife has any tips. I don't even try because of the necessary first step of pouring the water off seems counterintuitive. On top of that, the goodies you add to it when it's plated makes that first step seem unnecessary.
