supply rail +/-87V (90V) tested on idle full drive +/-82V (900W RMS)MOSFET Used IRFP250 Filter 33uH T157-2 both are running cool

hi all i have used ucd schema 400khz with irfb4227 one pair at +/-85vlts smps at 2ohms and all was o.k i wanted to use+/-110vlts can irfb 4229 handle that voltage??? please help
i have mmbt 5401/5551 and mmbt3904/4403 which ones can i use as gate drive to drive two pairs of irfb4229?????

please post pictures of the amps modules you are selling , your website page is not opening properly.
I don't recommend any of these, they are weak. BC807/817 are better, and FMMT549 is very good. (NPN can be weaker.)

that amp is hot . with the right power supply that is 5kwts rms at 8ohms and 10kwts rms at 4ohms.
