What's the changes if I will use AX14 with 80-0-80 VDC rails using 3 pairs A1216/C2922 SANKEN transistor?

No changes, use 4r7 base resistor and 0,33r for emiter for each output transistor.

Nice choise A14 is very good CFA amp with diamond OS, P30 CFA preamp will work with any amp.
