It seems like a common source mosfet arrangement. Did not figure out where we must measure the output.... Over the psu lines ?

Stare at the colour points quite long.
Then focus your eyes on the right point and blink.
The image appeares very faint.

I see it now.... the image appears when I look at a white place.
