This amp use 3U case with two 120x120mm fans in parallel position, PCB is much larger than this 🙂

I think, that MJL21193/94 is suitable too. Or even the lower priced NJW21193/94, with powerful cooling.

This Amplifier is simple class AB design for PA

The driver stage Q9+10 from the darlington power follower consist of the same type of power BjT's than the output stage. Crest Audio uses also this solution for insuring enough current for the output stage in parallel mode.
For me is the question, whether the predriver stage (VAS-Stage) is able to provide enough current to feed Q9+10, and whether the value of 47R for R15 is the ideal choice.

VAS work with 25mA, I want simple circuit without predrivers (TEF).

That's OK. 🙂 Only the mechanical work is complicated, and the TO3 parts cost double than the TO3P devices.
I think, that is possible to build this amp in 2U box 🙂

You can't find fans strong enough for cooling in 2U, only you can use large fan in horisontal position like in CROWN Macrotech amplifiers.

2fans/side can be enough. Well perforated front, and back panel for the box helps too.

That's ok but you need lot of space for large PSU, 2kW for stereo is minimum.
