Re: CRIME OF MY CENTURY
Those were fresh tunes when i was just braking into the hifi retail biz (last year uni). A favorite for showing off the Cerwin Vegas at ear-splitting volumes. I rather like the album... guess i'll have to dig it out.

I got back ups of both of those. Never wore out the Frampton, but saw that concert tour when i was a teen (outdoors in Empire Stadium -- where the Eskimos played before Commonwealth).

I never collected any queen when they were fresh, but they sure were popular around here -- seems every box of records i buy used has at least one Queen album. The pic is of just what i could quickly grab.

There are some performers that are good in concert, and some that are flat out fantastic. I seen Frampton alone and when he was with Humple Pie. He was one of the best live. Other notables live were J. Geils Band, Mott the Hoople, and Stevie Wonder.
Tried to sneek into the Deep Purple concert at Cobo Hall in Detroit, but got caught. It wasn't a total loss though, I got to hear the whole concert just sitting outside the arena. I can only imagine how loud it was inside.

The Who. Edmonton, 1976.

Paul,
I always wanted to see the Who in concert, but trying to get tickets for the likes of the Who or the Stones in Detroit in the 70's was like taking your life in your hands.
