Hi Marc, wow that was fast! Thank you! I think it will openup experimentation also with other tubes to have this flexibility.

One question. In you pre-amp experience are there any issues with having Pin 9 (screen) of the 6n1p connected to the heater supply in stead of ground? I thought pin 9 was intended to be grounded in 6n1p. Likewise in the 6n2p.

Hello Francois,

I had absolutely no problem with the heater connected to the screen of the 6N1P but I should say that I am using 6.3 V DC only for my heater supply in my tube amplifier :D
I leave the heater line floating, but I think it could be possible to connect one of the line to GND !

Following several demands on PM, I add the Gerber files of this line preamplifier in this thread but this is ONLY for non commercial DIY projects, it is not authorized to use them for commercial applications :forbiddn:

Later I will also put on line the files for the mini standby power supply, the mini selector module and the mini volume controller that I am using in my EL34 Baby Huey, see pictures :)

Hi Francois,

I don't want to add an other jumper (not really useful) to avoid confusion and I will not make more modification because to much change will increase the risk of layout errors :(

If nobody find error in the last revision, I will sent the files to Prasi for production since we have already reached and exceeded the minimum qty of 50 boards :D

I will wait until this week-end if there is some possible error report or feedback and make another check before to send you the latest revision of the EL84 Baby Huey :)

For the EL34 Baby Huey, I don't think it is necessary to make change because it is a well proven design with nearly 400 PCB sold :D
