I have a pair of EL34 boards and power supply boards. An early revision, July 2018 for the amp, August 2019 for the PS. You can have them for what they were going for back then plus shipping.

I'm sure someone will do. It could be interesting to share some ideas on simplifying some parts and upgrade others after all the experience done on the project over the years.

Holes seem to be at the following dimensions on first revision of the pcb (do not consider holes for tubes):
