Now it's on hold because I have to repair a Classe power amp for my physician.
That's my fault, tbh. I needed some medicin and we made a deal with his physician: I got free medicin and Stuart will repair his amp. Worked out quite well. For me.

It's always your fault, Jan.

Story of my live.....
It all started one fateful day when Stuart shot me an e-mail about EPA-100 and EPA-500 arms to go along with my newly acquired SP-10 MK2. I did a lot of research and decided to pick up an EPA-100. My first purchase was very disappointing, receiving an arm from a prolific Hong Kong eBay seller with shattered bearings.
This EPA-B500/EPA-A250 combo were advertised as being NIB. The B500 had been partially unwrapped from the factory packaging while the A250 was claimed to have never been opened. Having a newly recharged audio fund due to selling off most of my stuff before my recent move to NYC, I decided I had to have them.
They arrived yesterday. From careful inspection, I do believe the base has never been mounted, and the armwand was indeed factory sealed with the original tape holding the two case halves together.
So, last night I got to open an A250 that hasn't been touched since it left the factory. For me, this was worth the cost of admission, with the benefit of having a spectacular arm that I know has never been abused.
