In the attached schematic, if I use low ESR capacitors such as Panasonic FR series for the 470uf and 1000uf parts, will there be any other problems such as oscillation?
The size is small compared to the capacity and the lifetime is very long (8000H/105C), so I think I won't have to recap it until I die, but I'm a little worried that the part with low ESR (30mOhm) will cause oscillation.

Do we still need a "flying'' gate resistor as close is possible to the gate of SIT in this last iteration of the boards? or is it a a rule of thumb no matter what? Does R133 with 100R do the same job?

yes, good practice, even if not so necessary if leads are not too long
so - if resistor is moved to SIT gate, put shortie in its place on pcb
