As it's been explaind in previous posts, those are additional, optional PS bypass caps, you may use them or not.
The amp boards are sold out. I will order another batch as soon as someon builds the amp and confirms that the boards work fine.
Jase,
I think we are talking about the same capacitors. They are on the F4 amp board and are labeled C5 and C6 and have a slightly smaller diameter than C1, C2, C3 and C4. If you look at the back you will see they are connected between the input GND and the V+ and V-. You could leave this empty to have the original schematic.
If you install this "power supply" capacitor on the amp board you end up with a shorter "wire" between the power supply and the amp. Short wires are good wires.

Looking over your Boards for the PSU peter, it looks like we can use the Lm338 they can handle a Current dreaw of 5amp. What does a single F4 continuously pull ?
I'm a bit confused about the 220uF caps.
What's their purpose?
I guess their quality will affect deeply the sound quality, which caps are recommended?

with the PS PCB, just wondering why there are 3 pins/leads on the diode. I know some rectifier contains the 1st half of the bridge rectifier but you only need 2 those. The board uses 4.
Thank you for the help
